Good Samaritans is an organization established by volunteers, built by volunteers, and manned by volunteers. It has no employees other than a part-time bookkeeper. It exists to help citizens of Aransas County. Volunteers include long-time residents, retirees, “Winter Texans”, local church members, and others.
